Rule 41(6) and Rule 15(4)(d) of the HCA Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations-2018 have been used to authorize the action, according to a statement issued by the Apex Council on July 31. Police are currently holding all three office-bearers on suspicion of forgery and money theft.
