Suryakumar Yadav and wife Devisha buy two apartments in Mumbai for Rs 21 crore

Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha, have made a significant real estate investment by purchasing two luxury apartments in Mumbai for ₹21.11 crore. The couple acquired these apartments in the prestigious Godrej Sky Terraces project located in Deonar, near Chembur. The deal was officially registered on March 21, 2025.

The two apartments are situated on consecutive floors, boasting a combined carpet area of approximately 4,222.76 square feet and a total built-up area exceeding 4,568 square feet. The agreement also includes six designated car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Godrej Sky Terraces is a modern residential development spanning 1.05 acres and offers configurations of three and four-bedroom apartments. The project has seen strong sales activity, with 25 registrations amounting to ₹202 crore between March 2024 and February 2025.

Suryakumar Yadav, known for his explosive batting style and innovative stroke play, has emerged as a key player for the Indian cricket team and the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. This new property acquisition reflects his growing stature both on and off the field as he continues to excel in his cricketing career.
