Royal Challengers Bengaluru secured a crucial 12-run victory over Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium on April 7, 2025. RCB, batting first, posted a formidable total of 221/5, thanks to significant contributions from Virat Kohli (67) and Rajat Patidar (64). Jitesh Sharma also played a vital role with a quick 40 off 19 balls.
In response, Mumbai Indians managed 209/9, despite a valiant effort from Hardik Pandya, who scored 42 off 14 deliveries. Tilak Varma also contributed with a half-century, but it wasn’t enough to chase down the target.
