Mumbai Indians defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 wickets as they complete their chase in 17 overs

The star batsman of Suryakumar Yadav showcased his brilliance with the bat as he smashed his second IPL century off just 51 deliveries. The Mumbai Indians secured a victory of seven wickets over Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Wankhede Stadium on Monday.

Hardik Pandya (3/31) and Piyush Chawla (3/33) played pivotal roles in putting MI on top, but a spirited cameo from Pat Cummins propelled SRH to a total of 173/8 after losing the toss.

Despite a shaky start in the chase, with the Mumbai Indians at 31 for three, both Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma orchestrated a remarkable 133-run partnership. Suryakumar’s innings consisted of 12 boundaries and six maximums, guiding his team, MI, to a convincing win.
