Dhoni's actions demonstrate that he believes in treating everyone equally, fostering a sense of camaraderie within the team

Former captain of Team India and CSK MS Dhoni is one of the most famous cricketers in the world. He is worshipped like a god in India. This is the level of sameness that often gets into your head, as everywhere you go, people want to get a glimpse of you, but for Dhoni, this is not the case. His former Chennai Super Kings teammate, Matthew Hayden, revealed that Thala has no ego and is one of the most humble people you can come across.
While talking, the Australia opener talked about how Dhoni would pick up the team bags and give throwdowns to teammates despite being the CSK captain.

Matthew Hayden said, "He believes that he is not bigger than anyone else. He’ll collect bags, and he’ll throw cricket balls. He’s just a very humble individual. And he works hard at the team and not on promoting MS Dhoni.”
Hayden further said, “You’ll never hear him telling people how great he is or what he’s achieved. That is MS Dhoni’s X-factor. You look at Australia and say, ’25 million people. How did they win the World Cup against us?’ MS Dhoni... just finds a way to galvanize people together and does it in a way that is nothing about ego, not about self-promotion.”
