CSK Young Player boundary rope catch divides fans

Punjab Kings secured a thrilling victory over Chennai Super Kings on Thursday in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League 2023. The match went down to the wire, with PBKS needing 3 runs off the final ball to win the match. But the PBKS could've sealed the win a little earlier if Jitesh Sharma wasn't dismissed in a debatable manner by Tushar Deshpande on the 4th delivery of the 19th over. He listed his wicket while trying to hit a six, and there was probably millimetres of distance between the fielder's foot and the boundary rope.
With Punjab needing 11 runs from 8 balls, Jitesh hit the ball towards the long-on boundary, and substitute fielder Shaik Raseed caught the ball, but it looks like his foot touched the padding on the boundary rope.

After a lengthy review, the decision went in favour of the Super Kings, with the third umpire suggesting that he didn't see the cushion move. As OUT flashed on the big screen, fans went crazy, as many had probably thought that the decision was going against them.
The captain of CSK, Dhoni, had a smile on his face when Raseed took the catch, probably thinking how difficult the decision was going to be for the third umpire to make. However, he and head coach Stephen Fleming were quite happy to see the decision go in their favour.
Although this catch didn't really help the Chennai Super Kings, they got defeated by the Punjab Kings. Captain Dhoni put the blame on both the bowling and batting units for their defeat against the Punjab Kings.
