Coach Justin Langer says, 'England proved that 'Bazball' could work against the best bowling attack'

Former batsman of team Australia and head coach of team England Justin Langer praised the team, saying that they proved that 'Bazball' could work against the best bowling attack in the world. Australia retained the Ashes after the fourth Test of the series ended in a draw as rain played spoilsport and washed out the entire final day.
Langer admitted that he finally understood what England was trying to do in the fourth Test, insisting that they proved that their style of play could work against the best bowling attack in the world. England has Australia on the ropes, having picked up five wickets on Day 4. However, rain played spoilsport and washed out the entire day to save Australia from what could be their second defeat of the series.
Langer wrote, "England might not have won the Ashes this time, but on the second afternoon of the fourth Test, I finally understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. That was some of the most awe-inspiring cricket I have seen in a very long time. It was absolutely breath-taking to watch and proved to me that this style of play could work against the best bowling attack in the world."
