In the men's doubles rankings, Satwik and Chirag moved up a spot, replacing the Chinese team of Liang Wei Keng and Wang Chang who they had upset in the Korea Open quarterfinals the week before. With victories at the Korea Open (Super 500), Swiss Open (Super 300), and Indonesia Open (Super 1000) this year, the defending Asian champions have 87,211 points overall.The world number one pair of Fajar Alfian and Muhamad Rian Ardianto were defeated by Satwik and Chirag in the Korea Open last week after coming back from a game down.
