Before the World Cup match between India and Pakistan, cricket team FIR against terrorist Pannun for Threat Call has been launched.

Gujarat police have registered a FIR against banned outfit Sikhs for Justice founder and designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Fourteen rates two disrupt the ICC World Cup tournament 2023. The ICC tournament is going to start at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad on October 5 and will run till November 19. This tournament also includes a match between India and Pakistan in the capital city of Gujarat, according to the police. A FIR has been registered against Pannun under sections 121(A), 153(A) (B), 505 of the IPC, UAPA, and IT Act 66F.

DCP of cybercrime in Ahmedabad, Ajit Rajjan, said, "threatening pre-recorded messages were published on various social media handles, and an attempt was made to spoil the atmosphere. On September 23, the National Investigation Agency confiscated the house and land of Pannun in Amritsar and Chandigarh Union territory. These properties were earlier attached following orders passed by the government in different

cases. This is the first time that the properties of an absconding accused of NIA have been confiscated under Section 33(5) of UA (P)A.
