The Olympics are underway in Paris, France, and on Sunday, India also opened their medal tally with a bronze in the shooting. Meanwhile, the former head coach of Indian Cricket Team Rahul Dravid is also seen in Paris routeing for the athletes of India. He was spotted in the stands watching India’s hockey team take on Argentina.
Not only did Dravid watch the game, he also had a special message for the Indian team, as he wrote, ‘Chak de India’ on a special green sheet. With that, he also brought SRK’s Kabir Khan to life, as the journey of Dravid with the Indian cricket team is often compared to the ‘Chak De India’ movie.

It is to be noted that Dravid also visited the India house at the athlete’s village. Dravid spoke about cricket’s inclusion in the 2028 Olympics. Dravid took part in a discussion themed Cricket at the Olympics: Dawn of a New Era’.
During a panel discussion titled ‘Cricket at the Olympics: Dawn of a New Era,’ Dravid said, “I’ve already heard a few conversations in the dressing room. People are talking about the 2026 T20 World Cup; there is an ODI World Cup in 2027, and you hear people saying there is the Olympics in 2028.”
