As per the news report, the Asia Cup 2023 is going to be played in Pakistan, but some of the matches of the tournament will be played outside of Pakistan in Sri Lanka. The hybrid model has finally been accepted, and now, as per the model, all matches, including those for Team India, will be played in the neutral country of Sri Lanka. Around 4-5 matches of the total 13 matches of the tournament will be held in Pakistan, whereas all the matches of team India, including the India-Pakistan match, will be held in Sri Lanka only. If Team India reaches the final, then the finals will also be played in Sri Lanka.

The Asia Cup 2023 is going to get started from September 1 until September 17. Matches that are going to be played in Pakistan will be played in Lahore. The dispute between PCB and BCCI over the hosting of the Asia Cup 2023 is finally over, as the hybrid model got approved. Now Team Pakistan will also come to India for the ODI World Cup. On June 13, an official announcement will be made by the ACC on the hybrid model of Pakistan, and after that, the schedule for the Asia Cup 2023 will be shared.
