The outstanding innings of Glenn Maxwell in the third T20I on November 28 between Australia and India at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati led his team to victory and also kept the series alive.
Former pacer of Team India and renowned commentator Ashish Nehra praised the performance of Maxwell while highlighting his ability to take on challenging targets. Maxwell's unbeaten 104 off 48 deliveries, featuring eight boundaries and as many sixes, left Nehra in awe.
Nehra said, “With the way he was batting, it always looked like he was going to do it."In these conditions, in a 200-plus chase, he will always back himself.
