Archery World Cup: India wins the Compound Mixed Team gold medal.

India won the compound mixed team gold on Saturday in Antalya, Turkey, defeating Chinese Taipei 159-154 because to Jyothi Surekha Vennam and her debutant partner Ojas Deotale performing at their merciless best. Additionally, this was India's second gold medal in a World Cup in the mixed compound competition. In the World Cup-3 in Paris 2022, Jyothi and seasoned athlete Abhishek Verma had won their first gold medal. The new-look Indian duo scarcely appeared short on experience and defeated their 12th-seeded opponents in a lopsided final without the presence of India's repeated World Cup winner Verma, who was unable to advance from the national trials.12 times—or closer to the center—of the 15 perfect 10s were on the X.In order to achieve a perfect 160/160, the second-seeded Indian team of Jyothi and 20-year-old Deotale only dropped one point during the last end.
Jyothi and Deotale could not be stopped as they blasted a streak of flawless 10s to surge ahead 120-116 in the penultimate end. They successfully struck the X on all four of their tries in the second end to put the score 80-76 in their advantage.
