Another Demand from Team Pakistan as they Refuse to play against Afghanistan in the World Cup 2023 warm-up Match

In the ODI World Cup 2023, which is going to be held in India later this year, Pakistan is not interested in playing Afghanistan in warm-up matches. Pakistan wants to play a non-Asian side in the warm-up match because before the ODI World Cup team, Pakistan will already play against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup. In this regard, the PCB has also sent a letter to the International Cricket Council.
Before the 2023 World Cup in India, the PCB had also asked the ICC to change the location of their matches against Australia and Afghanistan.
They have requested to switch the locations of the aforementioned matches since doing so would make them "favourites." They will play Australia in Bengaluru and Afghanistan in Chennai, according to the provisional schedule.
As per the PCB’s internal letter, "Australia in Bengaluru and Afghanistan in Chennai are the two we should look to get changed as much as possible."
It also mentioned that, "Ideally, we can switch these around. Australia in Chennai and Afghanistan in Bengaluru would make us obvious favourites in both matches."
