Amid the Road to Recovery Hardik Pandya Shares Workout Montage

The 30-year-old Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who is training to get back to full fitness following the injury he sustained at the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, shared a video of his training regime as he seeks to get back to cricketing action as soon as possible.

Pandya sustained an injury that has sidelined him since India’s game against Bangladesh in the ICC showpiece in India, which the men in blue ultimately lost in the final to Australia.

The 30-year-old has been concentrating on his road to recovery and has kept his fans regularly posted on his improvements.

Pandya, who has a bustling presence on social media, took to Instagram to share a video of his workout montage with a caption that read, “Only one direction to go, forward.”

Pandya has been missing in action since the injury and is set to miss out on a place in the squad for the series against Afghanistan.
