All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja apologises to Sarfaraz Khan after running him out on his debut

The all-rounder of team India, Ravindra Jadeja, has apologised to teammate Sarfaraz Khan after the end of the first day’s play in the India vs. England 3rd Test. Jadeja, who scored his fourth century on the opening day in Rajkot, had gotten the debutant out while trying to look for a quick single.

Stuck on 99, Jadeja called Sarfaraz Khan for a quick single. The debutant ran immediately but was sent back by the all-rounder. The mix-up saw the debutant get run out after getting his maiden half-century. The debutant, his father, and even skipper Rohit Sharma expressed frustration over his dismissal.
