After the heroic century of Ben Stokes at Lord's, Brendon McCullum calls him a freak of a player

Test coach of the England cricket team, Brendon McCullum, has showered praise on captain Ben Stokes, calling him a freak of a player. Stokes scored a century but couldn’t guide England to victory, losing by 43 runs against Australia at Lord’s.
Speaking post-match, McCullum said Stokes is a freak of a player after he scored an amazing knock against Australia at Lord’s. Stokes scored 155 runs in 214 balls, smashing nine boundaries and as many sixes at Lord’s.
McCullum said, "Ben Stokes is a freak of a player; he writes some scripts; he's our captain and leader; and the faith that he has with the players and the way he carries himself, his morals—we are so lucky to have him, and that's why we go into the third Test still believing."
The former captain of New Zealand said England just has to adapt to the conditions and try to soak up the pressure in their upcoming matches.
