The batsman of Indian cricket team Ruturaj Gaikwad has been ruled out of their upcoming Test series against South Africa after picking up an injury. India is all set to face South Africa in a two-match Test series starting December 26.
Gaikwad will be missing India’s Test series against South Africa after sustaining a finger injury. Gaikwad injured his finger while trying to take a catch during India’s second ODI against South Africa earlier this week.
A source confirmed that Gaikwad would be missing the Test series due to his finger injury. Gaikwad managed to score just nine runs in two innings in the ODI series.
