After losing 3 on trot, Fans’ verdict on Hardik Pandya’s leadership skills

After taking the Gujarat Titans to two consecutive IPL Finals, Hardik Pandya has suffered three losses on the trot as Mumbai Indians (MI) captain. Before returning to his ‘old’ franchise, Pandya had a 22-9 record as a skipper in the IPL. So far, he hasn’t been able to live up to the high standard that he himself set.

After a humiliating loss against the Rajasthan Royals at their home ground, fans are coming for the all-rounder. While some backed him, most wanted him to leave the role and hand the captaincy back to Rohit Sharma.

‘Good luck facing the crowd at Wankhede’ a fan said cheekily. Another in not too warm words said, ‘Bhai captaincy chhod de please’. The best dig came from a fan, who said that I had no message for him; the public had already delivered it. ‘Mereko message dene kizarorat hi nahi ha, first match me Gujarat valo ne stadium me hi de diya’ the fan said.

Contrary to other opinions, one Mumbai Indian fan backed the all-rounder. ‘I hope that you have a good time back in Mumbai after leading Gujarat Titans’, he said, wishing Pandya the best.
