After KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja were ruled out due to injury concerns, domestic cricket star Sarfaraz Khan was included in the Indian cricket team squad for the second Test match against England starting February 2 in Visakhapatnam. Sarfaraz has been enjoying an impressive run of form in domestic cricket for the past couple of years, and his inclusion in the squad was welcomed by many fans on social media. Following the announcement, Sarfaraz shared a post from India batter and Mumbai teammate Suryakumar Yadav, who wrote, "Maiden India call. Utsav ki taiyaarrii karo".
After some time, Sarfaraz also shared a picture of himself and his father on his Instagram story.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, Ravindra Jadeja sustained a hamstring injury while going for a quick single, while KL Rahul complained of pain in his right quadriceps.
