A Tamil Nadu player gets the ‘golden'moment of 2023’ on meeting Virat Kohli and says, ‘My inspiration, idol’
The cricket player of Tamil Nadu, Pradosh Paul, was in for his golden moment of 2023 as he met his idol and inspiration, Virat Kohli. The 23-year-old youngster met the former Indian skipper at the training camp in South Africa as India gears up for the final IND vs. SA Test.
Taking to Instagram, Paul shared a picture with Virat Kohli and himself in India's training jersey. Heaping praise on Kohli, the Tamil Nadu cricketer labelled it his best moment in 2023.
In 2023, Kohli surpassed the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting, Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara, and Sourav Ganguly, among others, for another massive record. He became the first batter to amass 2000+ runs in a calendar year for the record seventh time.
