The pace attack of Team Pakistan was in full flow as they created havoc on the Indian top-order when the two teams clashed in the group stage of the Asia Cup 2023 last week.
The ace pacer of the Pakistan cricket team, Shaheen Afridi, starred as he took four wickets in the match, which was eventually washed out because of rain. He took the wickets of Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in quick fashion, which put the Indian team under massive pressure.
Two-time World Cup winner Sreesanth feels that Pakistan were lucky to have gotten rid of Kohli so early.
In a chat, Sreesanth said, "It was unfortunate for India. Pakistan were lucky to get Virat Kohli’s wicket because it was an inside edge. I don’t count it as a wicket. I know him personally, which is why I know what would have been going through his mind after seeing Pakistan’s celebration. I am just waiting for the next India-Pakistan match."
